Modal Analysis of Three-point Contact Outside Diameter On-line Measuring Device Based on ANSYS Workbench*

چکیده
In the grinding process, because wheel will wear, it is difficult to control accuracy of workpiece by grinder itself. Using radial measuring instrument measure size in real time, detect change and guide adjustment parameters can improve production efficiency reduce machining cost, which an important link process grinder. Different from traditional two-point contact on-line measurement technology outer diameter, this paper designs develops a set three-point device diameter based on principle bow height chord length. two fixed probes one displacement sensing probe are with at same realized solving positional relationship among three probes. order avoid resonance external online device, paper, modal analysis carried out environment ANSYS Workbench 17.0, results show that first-order second-order natural frequencies free mode 648.57 Hz. When claw prestressed, 398.5 Hz 403.94 Hz, respectively, meet requirements for workpieces rotational speeds range 0-150rpm.
